As the Chief Executive Officer, David Hall is charged with developing, implementing and managing the business strategy for the company. David has extensive experience in Telecommunications having served as CEO of Digicel where he oversaw the growth of the business. David is married and has three children.
Shelly-Ann joined VIP Attractions in 2013 as the Director of International Sales at VIP Attractions and then was promoted to the position of Commercial Director in February 2015. She is responsible for overseeing product development, identifying new market opportunities, determining the optimal pricing to balance profit with customer/client satisfaction, and directing marketing operations. Rooted and bred in Hospitality for over sixteen years, Shelly-Ann has received many prestigious awards which include the "Gordon Butch Stewart Scholarship" from Hocking College in Nelsonville Ohio, where she received her Associate Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. At Sandals Resorts, Shelly-Ann held the positions of Entertainment Manager and then Sales Manager. Her growth continued at the Ritz Carlton Rose Hall for two years firstly as Assistant Director of Activities and was shortly thereafter promoted to the Director of Guest Experiences. She later assumed the role of Group Manager, Weddings at the corporate offices of Sandals Resorts International. Shelly-Ann enjoys traveling.
Tricia Tomlinson joined VIP Attractions in February 2015 and is responsible for leading the Company’s focus on Organizational Development and workforce synergy. Over the past fifteen years, Tricia has worked in both Human Resources and Operational Management roles. She has a diverse background in the Manufacturing, Service and FMCG sectors and has developed skills in Organizational Planning and Talent Management. Tricia enjoys resume writing and is interested in animal welfare.
As the Director of Projects, Gary is responsible for providing overall direction to selected operating units, with a focus on expanding lounge infrastructure and website development. He is also responsible for strategic goals and objectives to maximize financial and operating results and ensure profitable growth. With a previous eight year history as the Business Manager with Leder Mode Limited, he also has over two decades of vast senior management experience in Projects and Operational roles in Jamaica and the United States. Gary brings to the organization his exceptional management skills glazed with educational background in financial accounting and management studies. Gary enjoys traveling.
Douglas joined VIP Attractions in April 2015, assisting with the development of the Company’s mobile application, newspaper and electronic magazine. He has been the Editor of Chief of Ocean Style Magazine for eight years and is responsible for overseeing and managing business development, marketing, editorial, distribution and events production. Ocean Style is currently distributed throughout the US and Caribbean. Douglas is also the Executive Producer of Ocean Style TV. He conceptualized and launched this lifestyle TV show focused on showcasing the luxury lifestyle in the Caribbean. He enjoys traveling and exposure to new cultures.
Charmaine joined VIP Attractions on May 27, 2011 as the General Manager of the lounge Club Kingston located at the Norman Manley International Airport, Kingston. Before joining VIP Attractions, Charmaine had an extensive career in the airline industry with a number of senior management positions. She spent 22 years at American Airlines and 14 years with Air Jamaica. On demitting office from the Caribbean Airlines Transition team when Air Jamaica was taken over she was the Regional Manager for several station including Kingston. An avid music lover, who enjoys especially socaand carnival activities. She is married and has two children.
Aubrey joined the Company in February 2015 and is responsible for Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives. He has over ten years management experience in the areas of Customer Relations and Call Centre Operations. He leads with the goals of the organization in full focus and recognizes the importance of customer satisfaction in realizing commercial success. Aubrey enjoys photography and fishing.
Novelette joined VIP Attractions in May 2014 as the Finance Manager and was then promoted to the Financial Controller position in November 2015. She is responsible for effectively managing all financial tasks, overseeing budgeting and accounting functions. She provides guidance to ensure the financial solvency of the Company. Over the past fifteen years, Novelette has worked in Financial roles in the FMCG and Banking industry. Novelette enjoys traveling and family centered activities.
