David is Irish by birth but Jamaican by adoption, having received his Jamaican citizenship in 2010. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also has a Masters in Economics from University College, Cork. David went on to hold many key positions with international companies, but is probably best known from his days at Digicel which he joined in 2002 as Finance Director, before being promoted to the role of CEO for Jamaica in October 2003. His mandate was to oversee the continued growth of Digicel's business in Jamaica where he increased the customer base by over 1.5 to 2 million during his time as CEO. As CEO of Digicel Jamaica, he immersed himself fully into the echelons of corporate social responsibility, serving as a member of the Board of Jamaica Trade and Invest (JAMPRO), the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ) and also as a Board Director of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce (JCC). He is currently a member of the board of the Spanish Jamaican Foundation and was recently appointed as a director of CITO (Central Information Technology Organisation) by the Government of Jamaica. David has an unbridled passion for business, especially in the area of customer service. He is an entrepreneur and currently has a number of business interests around Jamaica. In April 2011, as Chief Executive Officer, he launched VIP Attractions at both Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay and Norman Manley International Airport, Kingston. VIP Attractions, under the brands of "Club Mobay" and "Club Kingston", are the first VIP cultural lounges anywhere in the world where they showcase the incredible offerings that Jamaica has available to its guests. David is married to Liz and has two sons. When time permits, his interests include travel, golf, soccer and hurling.
Carlos Moleón Rodríguez was born in Leon, Spain and has a background in economics. His early education in Leon, with a year in the USA, was followed by an economics degree from University in Madrid, with a major in Foreign Trade. After various positions in accounting and finance in the construction industry, Carlos moved from Spain to Jamaica in 2000. After a time as General Manager for Avanzit Jamaica, he founded his own company Calatel in 2002. Under his tenure Calatel grew to 300 employees and saw revenues of US$25million per annum. In 2007 he sold Calatel to Avanzit. Moleón founded Lost World Construction 2009 and won contracts to build Secrets Hotel and the Gran Bahia Príncipe extension. Together with David Hall, VIP Attractions was created in 2010 to build Club MoBay and Club Kingston at the respective airports. Carlos is the director in charge of the construction of the lounges, and as of mid-April 2011. Carlos is married to Amanda and they have three children. In his spare time Carlos enjoys traveling and music.
Miss Dyer joined VIP Attractions in December 2013 as the Chief Financial Officer, where she streamlined processes in the Finance Department. She moved to the Chief Operating Officer role in January 2014 and successfully reorganized and lead large staff productivity. During her career, she has held strategic positions in Finance and General Management in FMCG, Mining and Maritime industries. In her capacity, Miss Dyer will assist in establishing cross functional partnerships to deliver stellar results and drive operations within all departments of the Company. She is ACCA and CPA certified. Miss Dyer is a highly motivated individual who is results oriented.
